Bedroom 1: A comfortable room with a 160 cm double bed. This bedroom shares Bathroom 1 (located in the hallway) with the guests using the sofa bed in the living room.
Bedroom 2: A cozy room with a 160 cm double bed. This bedroom has Bathroom 2, which is also located in the hallway, providing easy access.
The living room: The sofa bed in the living room is a 160 cm double, perfect for two guests. It shares Bathroom 1 with Bedroom 1.
Each bedroom is designed for comfort, offering a peaceful retreat with ample space for your belongings.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms located in the hallway:
Bathroom 1: Shared between Bedroom 1 and the guests using the sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom 2: Attached to Bedroom 2.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

THE LIVING ROOM AND VERANDA

THE OUTDOOR AREA
The garden is beautiful, featuring wide green lawns surrounded by tall lecci and cypress trees, providing plenty of shade. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxation, with a variety of spaces to unwind and enjoy the tranquil environment.

On the side of the entrance and on next to the garden in the private road is a useful parking for one vehicle.
